About Elliot Cluba
Integrative Healing Coach & Founder of Herbs and Arrows
Elliot Cluba is an Integrative Healing Coach and the founder of Herbs and Arrows, a naturalist, herbalist, educator, and advisor whose work is rooted in helping people become more resilient, self-reliant, and deeply connected to their own well-being.
Based in Northern Vermont with his wife and two daughters, Elliot has spent more than a two decades studying the relationship between the body, the natural world, and the practices that help people live with greater strength, clarity, and intention.
His background draws from both traditional and modern systems of wellness, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Western herbalism, Native American ethnobotany, fasting, detoxification, wilderness awareness, primitive skills, and martial arts. He has worked as a live food chef and instructor at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Arizona, completed the Origins Program through the Roots School in Vermont, and has created and led his own martial arts, athletic performance, and wellness-focused camps, along with bespoke wellness programs tailored to the individual.
Over time, those disciplines revealed a common thread: lasting well-being is rarely built through a single protocol. It comes from understanding the body as a whole, becoming more aware of the environment around you, and developing the confidence to make better decisions for yourself.
This philosophy now guides Elliot’s private work with clients.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice, he takes a highly personalized approach, helping each person identify the habits, patterns, and areas of disconnection that may be keeping them from feeling their best. His work brings together practical wellness strategies, traditional knowledge, body awareness, lifestyle practices, and a deeper relationship with the natural world.
At the center of Elliot’s approach are two principles that have become increasingly rare in modern life: safety and connection.
Safety in knowing how to care for yourself, read your environment, and trust your instincts. Connection to your body, your surroundings, and the choices that shape your health and quality of life.
His role is not simply to give clients more information. It is to help them develop a deeper understanding of themselves and a more capable, intentional way of living.
For those ready to move beyond fragmented wellness advice and take a more comprehensive approach to their well-being, Elliot offers a level of guidance that is personal, practical, and built for lasting change.
